Jim Halliday

Jim Halliday is Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for the end-to-end customer experience and fulfilment across all products, services and departments, focused on delivering consistent, superior customer-centric service across Element’s operations globally.

Halliday has more than 15 years of leadership experience in the fleet industry. Most recently, he was President & CEO of Element Fleet Management International, where he was responsible for Element’s international businesses, the Element-Arval global alliance, and business development initiatives. Prior to this role, Halliday held senior executive, operations, commercial, and business development roles within Element and PHH Corporation, including President and CEO of North America, and President of PHH Fleet Management. Halliday earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario, and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
