Katherine McCarthy

Katherine McCarthy is an experienced project manager, currently serving as Project Manager for New Business Implementation at Element Fleet Management since April 2014, where responsibilities include managing customer program enrollments and facilitating communication among stakeholders. Previous roles at Element include Fleet Partnership Solutions Client Lead and Regional Relationship Manager, overseeing strategic enterprise and small fleet customers, respectively. Prior experience includes positions at GE Capital Fleet Services and GE Fleet Services, focusing on issue resolution and supporting large accounts. Katherine began her career in education, holding leadership roles at Children's House Montessori and Convent of the Visitation School, where Katherine developed and managed innovative programs. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
