Stephanie Bramer, CLFP, is a legal professional with extensive experience in commercial finance transactions and syndications. Currently serving as Vice President of Legal & Syndications at Element Fleet Management since September 2023, Stephanie oversees the closing of syndication transactions and collaborates with various legal counsel on documentation and investor lease issues. Prior to this, Stephanie held roles at Huntington National Bank, including Associate General Counsel for Vendor Finance, where responsibilities encompassed structuring and negotiating equipment finance transactions and managing legal support for corporate initiatives. Earlier career experience includes positions at Alliance Management, Barnes & Thornburg LLP, and Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, focusing on commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and creditors' rights. Stephanie holds a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and a BA in Political Science and Philosophy from Macalester College.
