Georgina Ferreira

Georgina Wallis-Caddell (Nee Ferreira) is a seasoned data and insights professional with extensive experience in various roles within the analytics domain. Currently serving as a Data & Insights Executive at Element Human since February 2024, Georgina previously worked as an Insights Analyst at Rungway, where responsibilities included producing data-driven reports and leading initiatives to enhance operational procedures. Prior to that, Georgina held positions at Bumble as a Data Processing Associate and Market Researcher, where key contributions involved managing performance trackers and deriving actionable insights from research. Additional experience includes roles as an Insight Executive at HPS Group and Research Executive at TTi Global and Critical Research, where insights and data analysis played a significant role in informing client decisions. Georgina holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Reading and began academic studies in Psychology and Biology at the University of St Andrews.
