Sarah Rhoads Nilsen is an experienced professional in software documentation and technical communications. Currently serving as Software Documentation Manager and previously as Technical Communications Specialist at Element Logic since August 2018, Sarah is adept at managing, creating, and maintaining software product documentation, acting as a liaison between R&D and other departments. Prior roles include creating User Experience content for Schlumberger Information Solutions and owning a small business focused on Positive Discipline. With a robust educational background, including a Master of Arts in English Literature from the University of Oslo and a Bachelor of Arts from California State University San Marcos, Sarah has also held various teaching and consultancy positions throughout their career, showcasing versatility in both educational and technical environments.
