Theresa Marin Tantillo

Theresa Marin Tantillo has a diverse work history, beginning in 2005 when they started working as a Systems Consultant at Software Innovation. Theresa Marin was responsible for installing and configuring web-based applications, managing databases, and converting data from different sources. From 2008 to 2012, they served as a Service Manager at the same company, overseeing support and maintenance contracts for various 360° customers. Theresa Marin then transitioned to a role as a Senior Consultant from October 2012 to January 2013.

In 2013, Theresa joined Jernbaneverket as an Overingeniør/Superbruker BaneData, providing user support and acting as a liaison between users and system owners. Theresa Marin contributed to the improvement of data quality and participated in the development of the BaneData infrastructure database.

In 2014, they joined Tieto as a Senior Consultant, where they worked on database conversion projects and migrating databases from Oracle to MS SQL Server. Theresa Marin was also involved in exporting data in XML format for archiving purposes and importing XML-based data into the 360° eArchive system. Their role included data analysis, reporting, workshops with clients, and database updates.

Theresa's most recent position is as Head of Software Delivery Norway at Element Logic since June 2021.

Theresa Marin Tantillo earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Norges Informasjonsteknologiske Høyskole, completing their studies from 2000 to 2003.
