Trond Hagen

Trond Hagen is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as Director of R&D Center Norway at Element Logic® since October 2025, Trond has previously held significant roles including Chief Technology Officer at PONE Biometrics, where a next-generation biometric FIDO2 Security Key was architected and launched. As Director of Software Engineering at NAGRA, Trond led the evolution of the Contego Conditional Access System, enhancing user experience and securing deployments for millions of subscribers. In earlier roles at Conax and Unified Consulting, Trond directed software development initiatives and consulted on various projects in the telecom and digital television sectors. Trond holds a degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
