Scott O’Neill

Mr. O’Neill leads the operations and compliance teams for biogas, renewable natural gas, renewable electricity, carbon, and emissions. He joined the EM team in August of 2020 after working for Waste Management for 25 years where he helped build and led their renewable natural gas program. He recently completed an M.B.A. in Finance from University of Houston – Downtown, complementing a B.A. of Mathematics from William Jewell College and a B.S. of Engineering and Public Policy from Washington University – St. Louis. Mr. O’Neill is actively involved with the Renewable Natural Gas Coalition, where he serves as Chair of the Renewable Gas Advisory Board.
