Cindy Darnell has extensive experience in operational excellence and customer service, currently serving as the Senior Operational Excellence Manager at Element Materials Technology since January 2012. Previous roles at Element include Operational Excellence Manager and Manager of Mechanical Testing and Lean Leader. Prior to this, Cindy worked at Sherry Laboratories from 2000 to January 2012 in various capacities, including Supervisor of Customer Service, where the focus was on developing customer relationships and launching new clients, as well as serving as an Executive Assistant to the Vice Chairman and President. Earlier, Cindy gained experience at Manpower Inc. as a Receptionist. Cindy Darnell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, achieved between 2009 and 2011, and attended Ivy Tech Community College from 1998 to 2003.
