Michael Dowd

Michael Dowd is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Element Materials Technology since January 2023, Michael has received multiple accolades, including the 2024 ONCON Talent Acquisition Team Award and recognition as a Top 10 Talent Acquisition Professional. Prior to Element, Michael held key positions at Covetrus as Head of Global Talent Acquisition, achieving finalist status for the 2022 TIARA TA Team Excellence Award, and at Nestlé, where oversight included talent acquisition for their Americas region. Additionally, Michael managed corporate talent acquisition for Northwell Health, and contributed significantly to CA Technologies as Sr. Manager for Americas Talent Acquisition. Michael's career began with various consulting roles across Fortune 500 companies and major recruiting agencies. Michael holds a BBA in Finance and Economics from JMU College of Business.
