Rob Slater

Rob Slater has spent the last several years guiding Element Materials Technology through a Commercial Excellence journey, focusing on sales processes, digital sales, and AI integration. As Program Director, they have planned and delivered various complex projects, including the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365CE and the development of a group-wide customer experience program. Their previous experience includes serving as a Flight Lieutenant in the Royal Air Force, where they specialized in Aerospace Battle Management and project leadership. Rob's educational background includes a BA in Business Studies from Leeds Beckett University and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management from the Royal Air Force College Cranwell.
