Natasha Nemergut

Natasha Nemergut is an experienced professional in the live events and music industry, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of A&R/Contracting at Element Music since February 2021, where responsibilities include scouting and hiring new talent for upscale live events and managing contracts for up to 150 musicians nightly. Natasha also holds the position of Production Manager at JAZZ AT THE BALLROOM INC, overseeing talent needs during cross-country tours and collaborating with executives to plan events. Prior experience includes roles as Booking Coordinator and Production Manager at Birdland Jazz Club, where Natasha coordinated contracts, managed staff, and facilitated operations for a busy venue. Natasha graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies and Theater in 2011.
