Development and Production Team

The Development and Production Team at Element Pictures Group is responsible for shepherding creative projects from inception through to completion. This team identifies and nurtures potential film and television projects, oversees script development, manages the logistics of production, coordinates post-production processes, and ensures that all elements of a project align with the company's creative vision. They work closely with writers, directors, talent, and other stakeholders to bring high-quality content to both Irish and international audiences.
