In 2011, they worked as a Production Intern at both NBC Olympics and the Rachael Ray Show. In 2012, they joined ELEMENT Productions as a Post Production employee before eventually transitioning to roles as an Associate Producer and Creative Manager within the same company. Jessica also gained valuable experience in the field of live events production, serving as a Production Associate for NBC Olympics during the 2012 London Games and the 2014 Sochi Games.
