Assoc Cipd Jess Plotkin-Wise

Jess Plotkin-Wise's work experience includes various roles in HR and management. From March 2022 to the present, Jess has been serving as the Head of HR Systems & Compliance at Element Six. Prior to this, from September 2021 to March 2022, they worked as an HR Business Partner, Global Compliance at the same company. From July 2019 to August 2021, Jess held the position of HR Business Partner, Industrial CVD at Element Six.

Before joining Element Six, Jess worked as the Group HR Manager at Mademoiselle Desserts from September 2018 to July 2019. Prior to that, they served as an Interim HR Business Partner at Element Six from May 2017 to September 2018.

Jess's earlier work experience includes a long tenure as the Group HR Manager at Seabourne Group from February 2009 to May 2017. In this role, they provided HR support across 8 UK sites, advised line managers on employee relations matters, and coordinated H&S management. Moreover, they worked on various projects such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 accreditation, and BRC certification.

Before working at Seabourne Group, Jess held positions at Hays Office Support. They worked as a Senior Manager from December 2004 to January 2009 and as a Business Manager from November 2000 to November 2004.

Jess Plotkin-Wise, Assoc CIPD, obtained a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Certificate in HR Management from Reed Business School / Watson Martin Partnership in 2012-2013. Prior to that, from 1996 to 2000, Jess completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Joint Honours French & Spanish at the University of Bristol. Their education history also includes studying A' Levels in English Literature, Geography, and French at La Swap Sixth Form Consortium from 1993 to 1995.
