Yvonne Sheehan has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several roles and companies. Yvonne currently serves as an Internal, Leadership, Executive Coach, and Strengths Practitioner at Atlantic Way Coaching Circle, where they share and promotes coaching to a wider audience. Their focus is on helping individuals in the industry reach their full potential and engage and motivate their teams.

Prior to their role at Atlantic Way Coaching Circle, Yvonne worked at Element Six as the Global Head of Talent & Leadership Development and as a Site Human Resources Manager. At Element Six, they were responsible for various areas including talent development, leadership support, and organizational capability development.

Yvonne also garnered significant experience at Coty as a Director of Manufacturing Operations. Yvonne successfully led several key initiatives such as productivity improvement, technical and problem-solving capability enhancement, and start-up of a prestige cosmetics module. Yvonne also played a crucial role in employee communication, resource capacity planning, staffing, and succession planning.

Earlier in their career, Yvonne worked at Procter & Gamble in multiple roles, including Human Resources Director, Supply Chain Director, Operations Department Manager, New Product Initiatives & Start-Up Manager, Packing Production Manager, and Process Engineer. Some of their notable achievements at Procter & Gamble include increasing employee survey scores, improving site productivity, and leading the certification of the Nenagh Plant for the Site Wellness "Vibrant Living" Program.

Throughout their career, Yvonne has demonstrated their expertise in leadership development, employee relations, recruitment and talent management, industrial relations, and employee health and wellness programs.

Yvonne Sheehan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Limerick, which they completed from 1992 to 1996. Yvonne also obtained a Certificate in Professional Coaching Skills from Coaching Development in 2021, along with a Facilitator Certification in Interpersonal Relationships Skills from Core Strengths in the same year. Additionally, in 2021, they received a Certificate in Emotional Intelligence from FRS Training. In 2018, Yvonne completed a Diploma in Employment Law from Technological University Dublin, and in 2017, they obtained a Level 5 Certificate in LEAN Continuous Improvement in Manufacturing from FETAC.
