Caroline Lind

Caroline Lind serves as the VP Legal, Corporate & Securities and Securities Counsel at Element Solutions Inc since February 2014. Additionally, Caroline is a Co-Founder of Covet, Inc., a development-stage company focused on creating an innovative digital marketplace for residential real estate. Previous experience includes positions as a Senior Corporate Associate at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP and as a Corporate Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Caroline began the legal career as a Capital Markets Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Tulane University Law School and a JD equivalent with a Master’s degree in International Law and Business Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
