Chaity Banerjee

Chaity Banerjee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in intellectual property management and law. Currently serving as the Manager of Intellectual Property at Element Solutions Inc since December 2012, Chaity oversees global IP activities for the company. Previous roles include Senior Analyst for Intellectual Property at Honeywell Technology Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed leading IPR activities for R&D teams across multiple countries, and working within the legal framework at TVS Motor Company, focusing on IP litigation and patent drafting. Chaity's early career included internships in various prestigious law firms and a role as a project trainee at the West Bengal Commission for Women. Chaity holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Economic & Business Law from Kyushu University and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with Honours in Intellectual Property Rights from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, complemented by a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
