Doug Rinaldi

Doug Rinaldi is an experienced professional in risk management and insurance services, currently serving as the Director of Risk Management & Benefit Services at Element Solutions Inc since February 2015. Prior to this role, Rinaldi held the position of Director Workers' Compensation and Insurance Services for the State of Connecticut from February 2004 to February 2015 and worked as a Risk Manager for the City of Waterbury, CT from January 1989 to January 2004.
