Nancy Zanavich

Nancy Zanavich has been working at Element Solutions Inc. as a Benefits Manager since April 2016. Prior to this, Nancy served as a Payroll/Benefits Manager at MacDermid Inc. since May 1987. Throughout their career, Nancy has held various HR and administrative positions, including HR Supervisor and Royalty Compliance Manager. Nancy is also the Wellness Committee Chairperson. In terms of education, Nancy obtained a certificate in HR Management from Post University in 2008 and an Associate's degree in Office Administration from NVCC.
