Yen Ling Fong

Yen Ling Fong currently serves as the Finance Director for Global Assembly Supply Chain at Element Solutions Inc, a role held since September 2019, overseeing APAC Supply Chain finance for multiple manufacturing and trading sites, including Japan and Australia financial management. Prior to this, Yen Ling held the position of Senior Manager Business Finance at SITA, focusing on financial reporting and analysis for the Airport business unit. Yen Ling's earlier experience includes roles such as Regional Supply Chain Finance Head and Senior Finance Manager at Element Solutions Inc and Siemens Medical Instruments, respectively. Yen Ling's career began as a Financial Analyst at Statschippac Inc and has progressed through various finance and accounting positions across different organizations. Yen Ling holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Victoria University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood from Monash University.
