Brandon Hartness

Brandon Hartness has extensive experience in the supervisory and operational sectors of the technical services and mining industries. Currently serving as Lead Supervisor at Element Technical Services Inc. since October 2014, Brandon previously held supervisory and operational roles at Westmoreland Coal Company and E. Bourassa & Sons New Holland. Brandon gained foundational skills as an Operator at BJ Services, engaging in various roles including Blender operator and Frac Pump operator from August 2004 to January 2011. Brandon completed education at Assiniboia Composite High School, earning a High School Diploma in 1995.
