Tyler Elgar

Tyler Elgar is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Element Technical Services Inc. since June 2021, Tyler previously held multiple leadership roles at Calfrac Well Services from June 2008 to May 2021, culminating as Director of Sales & Marketing for the Canadian Division. Early career experience includes positions at BJ Services, where Tyler provided technical support and conducted cementing services, and at Precision Drilling as a Motor Hand. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, along with executive and leadership training from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary.
