Katie Badeaux

Katie Badeaux is an experienced Instructional Design and Training Specialist at Element Technologies, LLC, since June 2021, with a strong background in learning and development acquired through roles at Encoretech, where responsibilities included delivering virtual training sessions, creating onboarding content, and developing training materials using Adobe Captivate.
