Phil Stead

Phil Stead has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Phil currently holds the position of Chief Growth Officer at Element3 Health since April 2023. Previously, they worked at Bioventus where they held multiple roles, including General Manager of the Pain Treatment & Restorative Therapies unit from July 2022 to April 2023, Vice President of US Sales from February 2019 to June 2022, and Area Vice President for the Eastern US from October 2013 to January 2019. Prior to Bioventus, Phil worked at Smith & Nephew as a Market Development professional and Director of Sales in the Advanced Wound Management division. Phil also has experience at Johnson & Johnson as a Division Sales Manager, Senior Analyst in Sales Analytics, Sales Representative, and Business Development Intern. Additionally, they worked as an Undergrad Co-op for US Human Health at Merck and as a Regulatory Affairs Intern at Ethicon-Endo Surgery.

Phil Stead attended Penn State University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Science. From 2009 to 2011, they pursued further education at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, obtaining an MBA degree with a specialization in General Management and Strategy.
