Fletcher D. has a diverse work experience across various industries. In 2011, they worked as an Office Assistant at Healthy Solutions Biofeedback Center, LLC for three years. From 2014 to 2016, Fletcher worked at Rocky Mountain SER, first as an Assistant Preschool Teacher and later as a Receptionist. Starting in 2016, they were employed as a Preschool Teacher at NAF HRO Peterson AFB - Child and Youth Programs until 2018. In 2018, Fletcher joined Adecco as a Seasonal Team Lead and Call Center Representative. In 2019, they took on the role of Resident Relations Consultant at Northland Investment Corporation's Monterey Ranch Apartments until 2020, and then became an Assistant Community Manager at Canyon Creek Apartments until 2021. Fletcher joined Varsity Tutors, a Nerdy Company in 2021 and held various positions, including Educational Sales Coordinator, Sales Development Representative, and Senior Sales Development Representative. Currently, they work at Element451 as the Business Development Team Lead, responsible for leading and managing the team, implementing sales strategies, and collaborating with the marketing team.

Fletcher D. began their education journey in 2011 at Pueblo Community College, where they pursued an Associate's degree in General Studies. They completed this program in 2013. Subsequently, in 2016, Fletcher D. enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University to pursue a Bachelor's degree in History. They successfully completed this program in 2018.

In terms of certifications, Fletcher D. obtained several additional qualifications. In March 2022, they completed the "SheCodes Basics" certification from SheCodes. Following this, in May 2022, they earned the "SheCodes Plus" certification from the same institution. In July 2022, Fletcher D. obtained the "SheCodes Responsive" certification. Later in November 2022, they completed the "SheCodes React" certification.

Fletcher D. also attained a certification in "Having Difficult Conversations" from LinkedIn, which was obtained in May 2023. Lastly, they acquired the "General Lines Agent // Life, Accident, Health and HMO" certification from the Texas Department of Insurance in February 2022.
