Matt Palmer

Matt Palmer is an experienced professional in higher education technology and client services, currently serving as the Director of Solution Engineering at Element451 since July 2025, focusing on integrating AI and digital solutions in academic institutions. Previously, Palmer held the position of Director of Client Services at Enrollment Rx from January 2017 to July 2025, where responsibilities included client engagement and service expansion on the Salesforce platform. Additional roles at Enrollment Rx included Product/Technical Evangelist and Senior Implementation Consultant, overseeing the full lifecycle implementation of Salesforce and related products. Earlier in the career, Palmer worked as a Higher Education Admissions Consultant at Hobsons and held various positions in enrollment management and customer service at Mid-America Christian University and REI. Matt Palmer earned an MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma and a BA in Political Science from Point Loma Nazarene University.
