Matthew Tack

Matthew is a qualified charted accountant who was CFO of Anglo Pacific PLC, a royalty company based in London, for eight years during a fourfold growth in market capitalization. Matthew was involved in all aspects of the full range of corporate activities including finance, opportunity assessment, tax optimization and compliance, negotiation, accounting and governance; and has been the non-executive director of a listed mining company during a period of transformation and refinancing; and, has extensive experience in management accounting and reporting.
