Keith Reding

Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Elemental Enzymes

Keith Reding has extensive experience in regulatory affairs and compliance strategy within the agricultural industry. Keith is currently serving as the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Elemental Enzymes since January 2020. Prior to this role, they worked at Bayer Crop Science as the USDA Compliance Strategy Lead from August 2018 to January 2020. Before joining Bayer, Keith spent over two decades at Monsanto Company, where they held various roles, including Regulatory Policy Lead from August 2012 to August 2018, and Regulatory Affairs Manager from August 1996 to August 2012. Keith began their career as a Biotechnologist at USDA in August 1993, where they focused on reviewing applications for field trials and commercialization of transgenic crops.

Keith Reding obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology, General from the University of Arkansas, which they attended from 1981 to 1985. Keith then pursued a Master's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General at the University of Mississippi from 1985 to 1987. Subsequently, they enrolled at the University of Georgia, where they obtained a Ph.D. in Microbiology, completing their studies from 1987 to 1991.
