Aleksander Skołożyński

CFO & Member of the Management Board at Elemental Holding

Aleksander Skołożyński is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), where he earned a master’s degree in Finance and Banking. He also completed the international management program CEMS Master in International Management.

He started his professional career in July 2005 at Concordia Espirito Santo Investment, where he worked until May 2007 as a senior analyst. In June 2007 he started working at Lasanoz Finance, an Investment Banking boutique, where he worked until March 2012 as a director. He completed several M&A and debt financing projects, including securing bank financing for Poland’s leading MNO P4/Play, as well as advising on the acquisition of Tradus (Allegro former parent company) and of a stake in the DST Global fund by Naspers, the South-African TMT conglomerate.

Aleksander joined Emitel S.A. in April 2012, first as Head of Controlling, then as Deputy CFO and, since July 2017 as Chief Financial Officer and Member of Emitel’s Management Board, in charge of the Finance department. During his time at Emitel, he completed 2 rounds of financing totalling over PLN 3bn and was a key member of Emitel’s management team during the sale of the company by Montagu to Alinda Capital Partners.

He is an experienced finance executive with a proven track record in M&A, financing, restructuring and controlling who has led or participated in transactions whose valuation was in excess of EUR 10bn.

Starting from September 2021, Aleksander has been appointed as CFO and Member of the Management Board of Elemental Holding S.A.
