Anna Waldron

Anna Waldron has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Anna worked as a Staff Software Engineer at Elementary starting from January 2023. Prior to that, they held positions such as Technical Lead, Edge Software and Senior Software Engineer at the same company. Anna also worked as a Software Engineer at Elementary from January 2020 to December 2020.

Anna has also worked at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory as a Scientific Applications Software Engineer from June 2018 to December 2019. Anna was responsible for developing scientific applications software during their tenure.

Additionally, Anna worked at NRG Systems as a Developer for a brief period from February 2018 to May 2018. Anna developed a MQTT data management service in Python and collaborated with research engineers to create a Matlab library for atmospheric stability analysis.

Prior to that, Anna worked at infiswift as an R&D Developer from December 2016 to January 2018. Anna developed Python libraries for solar industry analytics and created IoT system prototypes using MQTT, Python, Raspberry Pis, and Node.js technologies.

Anna Waldron received their education from multiple institutions and pursued different fields of study. Anna began their education at Bard College at Simon's Rock from 2009 to 2011, where they completed coursework towards an A.A. degree in Engineering. Anna then attended the University of Vermont from 2012 to 2016, earning a B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering with a minor in Computer Science. Anna continued their education at the University of Vermont from 2016 to 2018, completing an M.S. degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Data Science & Machine Learning.
