Arye Barnehama has a diverse range of work experience. Arye started their career as a Research Assistant at the Framingham Heart Study, where they researched and analyzed Alzheimer's and Dementia to identify early possible bio-markers. Arye then worked as a Research Assistant at Pomona College, where they studied developmental processes in children and researched sleep patterns in adolescents.

Arye went on to become the Co-Founder & CEO of Melon, a company that developed a brain activity monitoring headband and related mobile apps. Arye led the company from 2012 to 2015, with the objective of making brain activity visible and meaningful in everyday life.

Following their time at Melon, Arye joined DAQRI as the Head of Design, leading a team of industrial designers and UI/UX designers. Arye played a key role in defining the physical design and software interface for the Daqri Smart Helmet and other augmented reality products. Arye also worked on the development of biometric interfaces for the consumer and industrial internet of things as the Director of the Human Computer Interface department.

In 2017, Arye became the CEO of Elementary, a company that builds AI solutions for manufacturing. The company is backed by top VCs and works with some of the best manufacturers in the world.

Arye was recognized for their work in manufacturing and was named as one of Forbes 30 under 30 in 2019.

Arye's work experience also includes a marketing manager intern role at TrueLens, where they contributed to the development of a solution for marketers to better understand and target customers.

Throughout their career, Arye has shown a strong focus on innovation and the application of technology to solve complex problems.

Arye Barnehama attended Williston Northampton School from 2005 to 2009, but did not earn a degree or specify a field of study during that time. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a degree in Cognitive Science with a focus on Computer Science at Pomona College.
