Karen Rudich

Karen Rudich is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in financial services and business transformation. As the CEO and Co-Founder of ELEMENTARYb since September 2019, Karen drives sustainable economic growth in the UK through the AI-driven platform Sherloc, which supports SMEs in planning and risk management. Prior to this role, Karen founded FireDrake Limited, successfully exiting the company in 2019 after serving as CEO. Karen has held several key positions, including Consultant at Barclays Bank, where a £50m initiative was developed for global revenue generation, and roles at BNP Paribas focusing on business strategy and development. Karen's background also includes significant contributions at Barclays Wealth and UBS Investment Bank, enhancing operational efficiency and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
