Alberto Novoa

Alberto Novoa has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Alberto started their career as a Gerente Administrativo at Editora de Revistas from 1986 to 1988. Alberto then joined LafargeHolcim in 1988, where they held various roles, including Contralor Financiero, Director de Suministros, and Director de Supply Chain. During their time at LafargeHolcim, they achieved significant improvements in supply chain operations, productivity, and cost savings. In 2016, Alberto joined Grupo Eficacia as a Consultor de Negocios, where they successfully increased the company's revenue and profit margin through the attraction and development of new clients. Currently, they are serving as the Global Supply Chain Director at Elementia Materiales.

Alberto Novoa obtained a Diploma in Post grado en Administración, Negocios y General Management from IMD in 2008. Prior to that, they pursued a Diploma in Post grado en Negocios, Programa D1 from IPADE Business School in 2003-2004. Alberto also completed a Diplomado en Finanzas Corporativas from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México in 1997-1999. Alberto Novoa received a Bachelor's degree in Administración y Finanzas from Universidad Panamericana in 1983-1987. In 2022, they obtained the certification "Corporate Sustainability: Pivoting Towards an ESG Mindset" from NYU Stern Executive Education.
