Dr. Juan Carlos Solis Galvan

Dr. Juan Carlos Solis Galvan is an experienced professional in project management and technology management, currently serving as the Projects Manager and Tech CAPEX for Elementia LATAM since November 2020. With a strong background in operational consulting, Dr. Solis Galvan has held various leadership roles including Director General at INSTITUTO SOLIS since 1988, overseeing strategic consultancy and continuous improvement projects. Prior experience includes directing projects at Cementos Fortaleza for a new cement grinding plant and managing technical projects at FLSmidth, SACYR, and GRUPO MATERIAS PRIMAS. Academic achievements include a Doctorate in Management of Technology from UANL and multiple master’s degrees in Business Administration and Mechanical Design.
