Campbell McKendrick

Campbell McKendrick is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in chemical engineering and process improvement. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Elementis Global since November 2020, Campbell leads a team of 30 in the daily operations of a specialty chemicals plant. Previously, Campbell was a Global Process Improvement Engineer focused on enhancing safety, environmental standards, and quality performance across multiple manufacturing locations. A notable secondment in Finland involved managing continuous improvement initiatives at a talc manufacturing site. Earlier experience includes roles as a Process Engineer at Missiles & Space Batteries Ltd. and a Process Safety Engineer at Atkins, as well as a Continuous Improvement Engineer position at Diageo. Campbell holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Edinburgh.
