Hussam AlOkush has extensive experience in the digital transformation and consultancy field. Hussam is the Founder/CEO of ThinkMENA, a consultancy firm specializing in digital transformation, strategic consultancy, business process optimization, and product design. As the CEO, they have successfully implemented effective business model transformations and achieved significant revenue growth for clients.

Prior to founding ThinkMENA, Hussam AlOkush served as the Digital Transformation Program Director at ElementOne Digital in 2020. Hussam was responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives within the company.

From 2002 to 2021, Hussam AlOkush worked as the Executive Director at Advance Local. In this role, they demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in digital transformation, strategy design, system integration, and digital product design and development. Hussam successfully managed a variety of products and solutions, including comprehensive platforms, admin tools, customer-facing products, and ad creation tools.

Before Advance Local, Hussam AlOkush founded and owned Caramilla.com from 2005 to 2013. Hussam also served as the Co-Founder of YaMazaj.com from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they co-founded and served as the COO of adReady.com from 1999 to 2002.

Hussam AlOkush began their career as a Project Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ from 1998 to 1999.

Hussam AlOkush graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1997. Hussam then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Information Systems Design from the same institution, completing their studies in 1998.
