Nikola Krstic

Nikola Krstic is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and technical support. Currently serving as a Shift Manager at Elementor since July 2021, Nikola oversees a global team of 40, ensuring 24/7 technical support and developing live dashboards to optimize KPI tracking and shift scheduling. In addition, Nikola holds the position of Call Center Manager at CallsU and previously managed client relations as a Client Manager at OIP Team, successfully expanding the team from 25 to 35 members. Prior experience includes working as an Online Tutor at TutorABC, providing English language instruction to students across the APAC region. Nikola holds a Master's degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management and a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from Univerzitet u Nišu.
