David Fesperman is a seasoned Real Estate Broker, Entrepreneur, and Investor with extensive experience in residential, commercial, and investment properties, as well as home and commercial mortgage loans. Fesperman has been with Quantum Merit Realty & Mortgage, LLC since October 2003, demonstrating expertise in foreclosure auctions, short sales, and bank-owned REO properties. In addition to real estate, Fesperman is a successful franchisee for SmartStyle Salons and Supercuts since 2014, and operates multiple Elements Massage™ studios in Texas while also serving as an Area Director to support and develop franchise owners in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
