James DeGracia

James DeGracia has worked in a variety of roles within the manufacturing industry since 1999. James began their career at Techno-Coat, Inc. as a Quality Engineer/Coordinator. In 2006, they moved to Full Speed Ahead as an Asst Quality Manager. In 2014, they joined Trelleborg Sealing Solutions as a Value Stream Manager, where they were responsible for all aspects of a multi-million dollar production unit. In 2018, they were appointed Director of Manufacturing and Production Manager at Isolate Extraction Systems Inc. In 2020, they worked as an Operations Consultant for a manufacturing company. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Elementum 3D as Senior Vice President of Operations.
