Jeremy Iten

Dr. Jeremy Iten has over 20 years of leadership and materials development experience with emphases on reaction synthesis, powder metallurgy, welding, and additive manufacturing. The majority of this industry experience includes formulating technical and business vision and leadership of science and engineering teams to develop and commercialize new core products. Jeremy earned a doctorate in Materials Science from Colorado School of Mines with his dissertation investigating patented new exothermic welding technology that he co-invented.

At Elementum 3D, Dr. Iten co-invented reactive additive manufacturing (RAM) technology and lead the technical team in commercialization of numerous groundbreaking new printable materials and AM processes. He has also led the award and successful execution of numerous funded research projects with government departments and agencies including the National Science Foundation, Department of Energy, NASA, and Department of Defense.
