Luciano Dalla Venezia

Luciano Dalla Venezia has extensive work experience in IT service management and business process management. Luciano is currently employed at Elementum as a Sr. Business Process Manager since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Republic National Distributing Company as an ITSM Process Manager from July 2016 to December 2021. Before joining Republic National Distributing Company, Luciano worked at Emory University, where they held the roles of Manager, IT Service Management Office from September 2014 to July 2016 and IT Service Transition Manager from April 2009 to August 2014. Luciano also gained experience as an ITSM Consultant at Pepperweed Consulting from December 2006 to March 2009, at Cornastone from 2004 to 2006, and at ATS from 2003 to 2004.

Luciano Dalla Venezia pursued their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from the University of the Witwatersrand. Luciano attended the university from 1997 to 2000.
