Chitra Ragavan is the CEO and founder of Goodstory Strategies, a boutique strategic advisory practice. Chitra has over 20 years of experience as a journalist and C-level tech executive. Chitra has worked with CEOs and founders of deep-tech startups to solve business-critical issues and help them overcome the obstacles confronting early stage startups.

Chitra is an investor in promising early-stage startups and an advisor to venture funds. Chitra is a member of K Street Capital, Moonshots Capital, and Palumni VC and an advisor to NextUp Ventures/NextUp Partners.

Ragavan was the Chief Strategy Officer at Elementus, where they were responsible for positioning the startup for lasting success and brand visibility. During their tenure, they and their team built a global brand with 43 media wins in 34 publications in 36 weeks. Using their proprietary methodology, they crafted and executed Elementus' brand positioning strategy; created a unique public voice in crypto analytics and forensics; and built the content, communications, and media outreach framework and tactics.

Chitra Ragavan has a Master of Arts in Journalism from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Biology from the University of Mumbai. Chitra also has a certification in Women on Corporate Boards from the National Association of Corporate Directors and has completed courses on entrepreneurship from Guy Kawasaki and Jodi Glickman. Additionally, they have completed a 2-day launch camp from SEED SPOT.
