Ainsley Broll

Ainsley Broll currently serves as Deputy General Counsel at Elemica, a role held since January 2021, after previously holding the position of Associate General Counsel. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Corporate Counsel in Compliance at Sungard Availability Services from March 2012 to January 2021, where responsibilities encompassed regulatory compliance, internal investigations, corporate governance, policy creation, and cross-functional guidance. Ainsley Broll holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government, Legal Studies, and French from the University of Delaware. Early education was completed at The Episcopal Academy.
