Douglas McGowan

Douglas McGowan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Douglas began their career in 1988 at AT&T Capital Corporation as a Pricing and Structuring Associate, where they worked their way up to become a Pricing and Financial Analyst. In 1997, they joined Finova Capital Corporation as a Manager of Financial Analysis and Pricing. In 2003, they moved to Siemens Medical Financial Services, where they served as the Finance Manager for Pricing and Financial Analysis. Douglas then moved to Healthcare Capital Services in 2006, where they held the position of Director of Treasury and Finance. In 2009, they became a Realtor at Century 21 Alliance Realty and later transitioned to Long and Foster Real Estate as a Real Estate Agent in 2014. In 2016, they co-founded Star Superior Real Estate LLC and worked as a Realtor. In 2007, they also served as a Landlord. In 2011, they joined Elemica, where they held various roles such as Corporate Finance Accounting and Collections, and Bank Relations and Treasury Operations.

Douglas McGowan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from the same institution. In addition to their academic qualifications, they hold certifications as a Licensed Realtor in the state of Pennsylvania and has successfully passed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) examination administered by the New Jersey Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
