Sara McCune

Sara McCune is the VP People at Elemy. Sara has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on building and scaling people operations. Sara has previously worked as the Head of People Operations at Calendly and as the Senior Director People Operations at Sonder Inc.

At Calendly, Sara was responsible for partnering with the senior leadership team and HR Partners on critical business and people strategies and objectives. Sara also led the process of implementing a new performance management system and employee engagement approach.

At Sonder Inc., Sara built the global benefits and payroll functions, led process improvement and system implementations, established a human resources compliance function, and built an immigration and global mobility team. Sara also standardized leave of absence and workers compensation administration, and managed and optimized HRIS configuration, integrations and usability.

Sara McCune has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from the Yale School of Management. Sara also has certification from SHRM in SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
