Jessiny N.

Jessiny N. has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and people operations roles. Jessiny began their career in 2012 at Visiting Nurse Service of New York, where they worked as an HR Service Associate before transitioning to an HR Operations Associate. In 2016, they joined Univision Communications Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Intern and later progressed to become a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Recruiter. In 2017, they worked at Particle as a People Operations Generalist before joining the World Economic Forum as a People & Culture Operations Specialist in 2019. In 2021, Jessiny worked at WhoWhatWhy as an HR Business Partner before moving on to the Center for Reproductive Rights as an Associate in Human Resources. Jessiny currently holds the position of People Operations Lead at Elemy.

Jessiny N. earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Columbia University, completing their education from 2013 to 2017. In addition, they obtained a Human Resources Management Certificate from Cornell University in March 2019 and a Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) certification from the Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC) in December 2022.
