Thomas Harsch

Thomas Harsch is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with a strong background in business development and innovation. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Freestyle Chess since August 2024, Thomas aims to elevate chess through engaging gameplay and high-quality production. As a co-founder and CEO of Elenas since April 2018, Thomas empowers Latin American women to earn an income through a mobile platform, having onboarded over 250,000 entrepreneurs. Thomas previously co-founded Coleap, a social learning platform, and Invisible Media, a podcast-first media house. Additional experience includes roles at On Deck, Atlantic Labs, and Polymath Ventures, alongside significant educational achievements with multiple master's degrees in innovation, entrepreneurship, and international business from prestigious institutions.
