Wenyi Cai

Wenyi Cai is the Founder and CEO of Polymath Ventures, a venture studio and VC with a presence in Mexico City and Bogotá, where oversight includes new venture builds and portfolio management. In addition, Wenyi serves as a Venture Partner at BAI Capital, focusing on Series A and B investments in Latin America. With a strong background in investments, Wenyi holds roles as Founding Investor and Board Chair at Elenas and Aflore, as well as Board Member positions at Autolab and Tani Salud. Previous experience includes serving as COO at Milo.com, where significant strategic partnerships were developed before the company's acquisition by eBay, and as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. Wenyi's educational background includes degrees from Harvard University, Harvard Kennedy School, and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
