Kassim Marecar

Kassim Marecar is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in performance management and human resources. Since May 2022, Kassim serves as Responsable Performance RH at Elengy - ENGIE GROUP. Prior experience includes roles as Responsable Performance RH at ENGIE Solutions France from December 2020 to April 2022, HR Business Partner at ENGIE BtoC from January 2016 to November 2020, and HR Performance & Projects Manager at ENGIE from July 2014 to December 2015. Kassim’s career in human resources began at GDF SUEZ, where responsibilities included HR Planning Officer and HR Performance and Compensations & Benefits Officer from February 2009 to July 2014, as well as a Human Resources Assistant at SUEZ France from May 2005 to January 2009. Kassim holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Sorbonne University, earned in 2004.
